✔RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for promotion and sales of the company’s suite of products in Vietnam
· Liaise with and develop relationship with principals, strategic accounts
✔REQUIREMENTS:
· Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent. Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but they must have at least 2 years’ of relevant experience in IT industry
· Conversant in English
· A good sales track record of computer networks and internet security will be an advantage
· At least 1 year sales working experience in security products and in distributor environment
· Familiar with Security products like Firewall, Content Security, QOS, IPS, etc
✔RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide pre-sales technical support on the assigned products to customers and partners.
· Work with the Sales team closely to develop and position solutions for go to market selling and customer proposals.
· Understand customer IT/Security infrastructure and business requirements.
· Perform Strategic Solution Selling.
· Perform Solutions Demonstration.
· Perform Proof of Concept.
· Working with Solution Vendors on Business Solution Proposal and attending to RFI/RFP design, compliance and clarifications.
· Put together design guidelines and recommend improvements to customers on the assigned products.
· Perform in house lab tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, endpoint/network designs, and endpoint/network deployments using new products and features.
· Keep up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and services.
· Provide enablement training for Partners & internal Post Sales engineers on the product/ technology knowledge.
· Conduct routine update on the new product/ technology to the internal sales staff.
· Maintain good rapport with customers and vendors.
✔REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
· Minimum 2 years working experience in Pre-Sales activities to a large enterprise or government sector or related field.
· Strong knowledge and understanding of the security industry.
· Ready to perform demo & presentation on product expertise on keys security technologies.
· Possess good technical knowledge in Internet architecture, network infrastructure, UNIX, Windows, VMware, Security covering Endpoint, Email, Web & Cloud.
· Able to design an architecture & write proposal.
· Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
· Eagerness and ability to engage in courteous customer handling and commercial judgment would be preferred
✔Desirables:
· Industry or Technical Certification (ie. CCNA, CCNP, CCSE, MCSA, MCSE, CISSP, CEH) is a plus.
· Exposure to security software solutions like Endpoint Security, Firewall, Content Security, Intrusion Prevention, Web & Email Security, Encryption, Data Protection, Vulnerability Management, and Compliance & Audit will be added advantage.
· Familiarity with Databases such as MSQL, Oracle, MySQL.
· Familiarity with Cloud Architecture such as IaaS or PaaS.
· Familiarity with DevOps Knowledge.
✔RESPONSIBILITIES
· Be responsible for Post-sales activities of a wide range of Cyber Security products.
· Involve in Large-scale (Local & Regional) Project Implementation.
· Provide on-site implementation services including design, testing, deployment & documentation.
· Provide technical support in ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Analyze and clarify customer queries through troubleshooting and researching existing knowledgebase articles/known issues
· Be on routine standby to support 24×7 maintenance support calls
· Requires the ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a necessary part of the job
· Actively participate in team and departmental meetings by providing feedback on the current day to day activity and recommendations for improvement.
✔REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
· At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in the IT industry providing endpoint/desktop/server operation support and administration.
· Qualified candidates without any relevant working experience are welcome to apply
· Equip with knowledge & experience on Microsoft, Linux & Unix operating systems.
· Equip with knowledge & experience in networking such as routing and switching technology.
· Able to perform endpoint & network troubleshooting to isolate the cause of the issue
· Past experience on Cyber Security Products & Cyber Security Knowledge are added advantages
· Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
· Willing to work hard and eager to learn about new technologies.
· Polite and able to communicate well to the clients.
· Analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills.
· Willing to work extended hours and on standby duty.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Independent and motivated.
✔Desirables:
· Microsoft MCSA & MCSE certification.
· Cisco CCNA & CCNP certification.
· Check Point, Citrix, Symantec, McAfee, RSA, other Cyber Security vendor certification

• Hands-on experience on Enterprise storage arrays preferably Hitachi, but not essentially.
• Hands-on experience on Configuring and Managing storage replication
• In-depth knowledge on storage Virtualization - Migration techniques.
• Performance Analysis, Troubleshooting and Problem Determination.
• Experience in verification/validation and planning for required patches / microcode upgrade.
• Hands on experience in configuring and managing the RAID Groups, Storage pools and Storage tiering.
• Hands on experience on SAN fabric, Virtual Fabric (VSAN), FCIP Configuration - management.
• Knowledge on remote operations including configuring SAN Switches, adding new switch to an existing fabric (ISL - ICL), merging switch fabrics, Trunking, Switch Migrations - Code upgrades.
• Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis on storage issues.
✔RESPONSIBILITIES
· Monitor and review sales activities with current channel resellers to meet business targets.
· Continuously identify and develop new channel resellers.
· Foster strong relationships with resellers and end-users.
· Develop short term tactical and long term strategic business plans for key channel markets on company’s suite of products and services, mainly in IT Security.
· Analyse current market data on product/competitor offers and recommend future market opportunities.
· Liaise with Marketing to plan and execute marketing activities to capture business opportunities.
✔REQUIREMENTS:
· Degree/Tertiary education in Sales, Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent.
· Prior experience in IT channel distribution is an advantage.
· 3 or more years of experience in IT sector will be considered for applicants without relevant qualification.
· Team player with dynamic personality and ability to influence.
· Results-oriented, proactive, with a natural drive for business goals.
· Good communication skills and able to communicate effectively with different parties.
· Independent with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
